We return to our first love of cassette tapes with an album of controlled chaos from Primal Scene. This may be the debut for this particular moniker, but Emile Bojesen has already dropped a 10 Inch on BC as F.eks at the beginning of 2022, and is now pushing the boat out with this Self Titled beast.

Is it a techno revisitation of Coil's 'Love's Secret Domain' or double time dancehall masquerading as bass music? Is it the sound of TNGHT playing NIN covers?

Primal Scene draws from the energy of ferocious hardcore records and the imagination of 1970s electroacoustic experimentation equally, stomping and gliding its way towards an ugly dance-ability. Bringing murky psychic depths to the surface, this is a record for dance floors or personal workout purging, both inciting you to get your sweat on.
